  : Location Beatifull house & amazing view.
  : There was no cleaning equipment, no broom, no mop, no dish clothes, no sponge, nothing, so we were not able to clean up after ourselves unless we went out and purchased cleaning supplies ourselves.

  : Entrance to the yard, door doesnt lockPics on booking.com look different to how the house actually is, the house + furnishings looks 10 years older than the pics show Pictures deceive you The house is 4 storeys high. My kids room was on a different level to ours, so we had to squash on 1 double bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Bedroom doors do not lock Neither do the bathroom doors Steel staircase to main bedroom & rooftop Extremely difficult for suitcases / bags / adults to go up through the steel staircase to the main bedroom. Not child friendly at all!!! No servicing of apartment (we stayed for 5 nights) yet u pay for cleaning No air conditioning in Cape Town during December is not acceptable. We were all bitten by something, not sure if it was her bugs? But we all have red spots on our bodies. No towels. The house has a stale, old smell. The stench in the kitchen is unbearable. The couch is extremely uncomfortable Everything is old in the house and basically dirty, u do not want to use anything. The bathrooms are revolting. The wooden floors sound as if they are about to break when walking on them.
