  : Good location, comfortable & spacious apartment. Great view over Waterfront and Cape Town Stadium
  : There's a lot of stairs to negotiate so not great for anyone with mobility issues, but no complaints about the property itself.

  : The apartment was clean, the facilities were adequate.
  : 1. Collecting the keys from lockbox is very impersonal. 2. The key to the front gate is of a bad standard, had difficulty in opening the front gate. Should be label up. 3. The stairs were very steep, and very dirty with a small amount of rubbish on them. 65 steps to get into our room with suitcases. 4. No garage for our vehicle, my vehicle was broken into on the Saturday night, losing some personal items. 5. Wi Fi did not work for the first 24 hours. 6. No person came round to speak to us or phone us. 7. Got an SMS telling me some one had tried to ring reference the cleaning services, got no message or call. 8. Very noisy location due to the main road. 9. Handing in the keys, the lockbox was not able to open it even with the number 7423 so left it hanging on the gate. Terrible security.

  : Location was good for central Cape Town sightseeing. It has a stunning view of the city, mountain and harbor.
  : The street is very noisy and busy. We were not told that the lock up parking facility was not available due to structural damage. This meant that we had to park our car in the street. We couldnt park it outside the property as there was no space and the residents complained that we were blocking their parking (which we were if we parked there) So we had to park 200m down the street on the busy main road. This meant a long walk up the hill and across a very busy road. There were many stairs to reach the apartment. I guess that was the trade off for the great view! We stayed for 10 days and were charged R750 for a cleaning fee after we left which I felt was excessive. We had to request clean towels, bin bags and toilet paper during the stay as those were not readily offered.

  : I liked the outside view of the sea
  : The place is dirty..hygiene wasn't prioritized as we were given dirty blankets with mucus. Blankets were not enough, we got cold at night. Refusal bags were not readily available we had to request them. No enough toilet papers for our stay there... Steps are too much for heavy bags.
