  : It was relatively easy to collect the keys. Cecilia was very kind and accommodating. Always willing to assist in any way possible. She was the agent who assisted with checkin.
  : We did not realize how close to Otto du Plessis road the apartment was which is an incredibly busy road. We would be woken up every morning around 5am by the sound of traffic, buses going up and down the road. Cars hooting morning and night. In the evenings the biggest challenge were the crickets. The first night my daughter coudl not sleep because it sounded like they were in your bedroom. They would make a noise until the early hours. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, very hard. We stayed there for 2 weeks, were supposed to have the house cleaned once. That never happened. We were not allowed to park our car in the garage because the owner does not allow. There is a limit on the wifi so not a good choice if you work from home and are on Teams/Zoom meetings all day or have kids who will be streaming. There is also a limit on the electricity which you can use, once that is depleted you will have to top up the electricity. Not ideal for staying for a period longer than a couple of days. Also there is this weird booking system where the booking payment will be rejected when you make it via booking.com, then you will receive an email requesting you pay via transfer into an account.
