  : Beautiful views from the balcony, a stone throw away from great restaurants and stores, super close to waterfront too , also it was my first time experiencing a place that had Netflix
  : The shower started to randomly drip during the night and it echoed from the bathroom it drove me insane , also there was no sponge and things to wash your dishes up with when youve cooked or made something to eat

  : Quiet well maintained unit with anything needed for a self catering private stay.
  : The overflow of the geyser should be looked at. Possibly an option for drying or hanging towels, and maybe a small bathroom cabinet under the bathroom basin would be a good idea?

  : The facility is an excellent one that deserves to be a four star hotel if minor administrative changes are made. These would include but not limited to having full time receptionists,cleaners and security staff. I also feel that a hotel should have a restaurant within the facility to serve breakfast and refreshments to guests.
  : The management needs to improve. It is remotely managed. One does not have room cleaned and bedding changed daily. We saw security only the 4th day when we were checking out. The management of the facility is very poor. South African B&Bs services are far better than this hotel. It is better called a back packer than a hotel. I am sorry to say all this, but that is my feeling about the management of this beautiful facility.
