: We spent four nights in the Penthouse Suite and had a great time. We booked this room specifically for the sun deck and it did not disappoint - the views of the ocean/Lion's Head/12 Apostles and are amazing from up there. The room was spacious and clean, and the bath tub in particular was great. Lot's of options for breakfast. We didn't have any trouble with the driveway in our little hire car (thanks Morgan for your detailed voice note instructions!), and in fact quite enjoyed the challenge. Great location - only a short drive down to Camps Bay or a 10 minute ride share into town. Thanks Mike and Morgan for being such nice, attentive hosts.

: Our stay at Auberge Du Cap was a mixed experience. The views of Camps Bay, Lion's Head, Table Mountain, and the 12 Apostles were stunning. The breakfast was yummy and abundant, and the bed was very comfortable. Mike and Morgan were nice people and meant well, though our first encounter with them was a little jarring when Morgan texted us a couple of days before to ask us to check in early so they could have the rest of the day off. It all worked out in the end, but we learned that they were in the process of selling the guesthouse and it was apparent from the beginning that they are ready to leave the business (understandable, but not ideal for guests). Nonetheless, they did their best to make us comfortable and even provided champagne for our honeymoon. When booking, I didn't realize our room (the Sea View Suite I think?) was at the level of the parking lot, so we had to keep our curtains closed at all times for privacy. The suite itself is spacious with a living room and mini kitchen area, though the bedroom was a little tight due to its layout and it was hard to access power outlets and the closets. I imagine the other suites are more spacious and private.
: We would have loved more privacy and space to move around the bedroom. More electric outlets would definitely improve the stay as well. Our hosts could have been more professional.
