  : Easy to get to the area.My car was very safe.The view was good and the area is very close to Waterfront. You can even walk to Waterfront.
  : I forgot my twin plug at home ,and there was no spare twin plug at the Place . You can’t charge your phone close to your bed .The plugs are far.

  : First , I did not like the bed it’s worn out and noisy when I turnThe bed had bed bugs I did complain and simphiwe told me she will come to bring something , but she never did I ended my stay by the 22 June because the bedbugs bites was a new one every day … I was worried for my health and comfort so I spoke to the office of my problem and left to sleep one night in Hayatt Regency Hotel on night of 22 June and I return to joburg on 23 June . My booking was unti 30 June 20212. I did not like the shower because the taps are very old fashioned and complicates the mixing of the hot and cold water to be able to have a warm shower2. The metered electricity I did not like .. I was on a leisure trip and have to worry about electricity, things I think of at home3. I did not like the pots it was not well taken care off … I did not use it at all4. The dishes and cups I did not use because it did not give me a feeling of being clean5. The sleeper couch was dirty and not well taken care of when I opened it . 6. The bread bin has dusty old oil marks in it7. The kitchen has cockroaches I saw it . I even bought my own cattle because I did not feel save to use anything in there even spoons I bought at spar8. The bath was spoiled with marks inside that does not give a sense or feel of carefulness for the occupant or it’s comfort9. The blanket inside the unite I did not use because it was very dirty looks like it has not been washed for years while being left in the dust . The truth is I was not comfortable…The unit appear to have fresh newish furniture in the advertisements on booking.com … but in reality everything is warm out and I’m not good condition for a guest whom is paying for accommodation

  : Very noisy at night with the traffic. Tv and dstv was not working. Place needs an upgrade. No broomstick or mop to clean the floor and no cleaning service either. No aircon and the apartment was so hot. Very small apartment.

  : Untidy (Kitchen and Bathroom), unkept, maintenance needed. The front door handle was broken- got locked in for an hour before breaking it to get out! Bed is very noisy- creeks loudly when turning.

  : The location is very good, on Main Road, which makes catching a taxi pretty easy, and the V&A waterfront is within easy walking distance, as are several restaurants, a pharmacy, laundry service, and two grocery stores.The studio was fully equipped: the kitchen had pots & pans, electric tea kettle, microwave (although I never used it,) full-size refrigerator, silverware and utensils, and two-person kitchen peninsula for eating or extra counter space. The bed was comfortable, lots of closet space, and good lighting, with an outlet by the bed for those of us who use devices while sitting in bed! There was a loveseat and chair in the LR, the windows were big, and I could see the harbor if I looked closely. All of the appliances, including the TV worked. It’s really best for one or two adults.The security gates worked well and there’s an elevator.
  : The lock on the front door works, but I had trouble, trying to get in and trying to get out, which was a little freaky until I figured out how to work it. It does work. It could be the arthritis in my thumbs - the lock is stiff, but I don’t generally have problems with locks.There was no one there to meet me. The owner/manager said she sent me an email with instructions, and I was supposed to have called when I was about to arrive, but I never saw it, even when I went back and looked through my emails. The last email I had asked what time I was arriving. The person who was supposed to meet me came after I called to ask where they were. He was very nice and showed me how to open the door. Evidently I missed something, because after he left and I tried, I couldn’t open the door and so he had to come back. By the time I was checking out, it opened on the first try, so experience helps.
