  : The view was stunning. The couch was terrible comfortable and the staff were wonderful.
  : The overall decor was really cramped and very busy. The shower in the passage bathroom had poor water pressure and the blinds in main bedroom had parts missing. It didn't do much for blocking out the lights of the streets so one could sleep.

  : The Apartment doesn’t look at all like at the pictures.It s so full with stuff like a mess!The cleaners stole 500€ out of my bag. I contacted directly the agency. It took them a lot of days to answer. They didnt care. Horrible communication with the agency!After this happening I wrote to the agency that I don’t want to have cleaners anymore in the App.One week after, when we were out for a day trip, we came home & thé app got cleaned.It’s not possible, that after we got stolen, they even dont care about our wishes.We didnt feel secure there anymore. Don’t book with them.Shower in the big bathroom didnt function also the tea kettle. The agency didnt care. I m coming since 12 years to Capetown, but this was the worst Host!!!!I m really not a complaining person, but how the agency treated us, its impossible.To steal is one thing, but to don’t care its an other! To expensive for what you get!!!!!

  : there was no hot water in the shower and they forgot to register my tag so i had to park in the street and had no access to the pool area or entering the building the security had to open all the time
