  : front line staff was friendlygood location
  : where shall I start!1. first of all we had to wait 1hr at the reception until someone arrived to check us in.2. coming up to the room, it had not been cleaned and prepared after the last guests (dirty, beds not done)!3. offering us that we could walk around until they would have the room ready (at 5:30 pm after flying in from europe not what you re looking forward to)4. after around 2,5 hrs getting a text that they will not be able to fix the room in time and we have to movr in another appartment5. getting to the initial appartment we had to wait another 30min until someone picked us up and brought to tje other appartment6. although the new appartment was cheaper (invoice came by the invoice company) and we were promised to get a refund for that and the whole hassle we have not gotten anything despite multiple text messages (always getting an answer like tomorrow feedback from the senior)frontline staff really did their best and were super sorry. however back-up from the back office obviously completely missing

  : The place was very beautiful and clean. We were also happy with the location as it was close to most places that we needed to visit.
  : When we arrived the the security couldn't let us in because there was host assigned to us and there were no keys left for us. I called the number that was on booking.com and we were told Susan will come to us. We waited for cl40 minutes to get inside. Susan finally came she had so much attitude,she was not even sorry that she came late. It's like she didn't want to assist us.We then asked the number of the host should we need something, she gave us a landline number. All I can say is we had a great time there, but your staff need a lot of training with regards customer service .The venue is too beautiful to have unprofessional people like her.

  : The place is nice and cozy. Perfect for us as we travelled with our baby. It's centrally located and easy to get around most places.
  : The carpets and duvet inners were dirty.
