: Perhaps just a little dishwashing liquid and extra bin bags, we were only there for the weekend and had to go out and buy dishwashing liquid so that we could wash the dishes.

: I liked the location, very close to the Waterfront.
: I didn't like the manager at reception. He was extremely rude. Did not try to sort out our issues. The first matter was that he wanted IDS for all of the people that was staying in the apartment. I was aware that they would require my ID as stated as the booking was in my name. When asked if the others don't have ID, I was told we won't be allowed to check in. And that I should take up the issue with Booking. Com as I didn't make the booking with him. Eventually he said my 15 year old is fine but my 20 year old needs ID. Luckily she had it on her or else we wouldn't have been able to check in.The second issue is the parking..The building had parking available, but I was told as they don't have any available parking tags, I would have to pay 350 to park my car in the building. He was adamant and very non chalant about where my car needed to be. I was a female alone with my 2 daughters and he said park around the corner where their delivery dock is. Also, it was raining at the time.I then called Booking. Com to query all of this only to be questioned so many times, even to a point where the consultant asked me how many meters away is the space they are asking me to park to the entrance.I cannot understand how an apartment building has x amount of apartments but not enough parking for the guests.. And this seems to be an ongoing problem. I was super distraught at this time.I managed to find parking in the street the 1st night. I was told they would try to get me a parking tag for the rest of the weekend which never materialised. When we left the Saturday morning to go out, a new manager was on duty, Nelson. He was super friendly and said we can park inside the building and should bring him the parking ticket and he will sort out the parking issue. This happened twice and Nelson was extremely accommodating wrt the paid parking. It made me wonder why the 1st manager could not sort the parking issue.
