  : Wifi didnt work for the duration of our stay, wasn't informed about R100 per person limit for breakfast. No barista at breakfast counter to make coffee in the morning.

  : The bed was very comfy
  : When we arrived for checkin at 14h, there was nobody that could check us in. We were taken to the restaurant via backdoors and corridors that we deemed unprofessional. We booked a double bed but got 2single beds, as couple that was not what we wanted. The advert said 300meters to V&A, so we were not impressed that the V&A was almost 3km away - what a misrepresentation! Upon returning at 21h00 from the V&A we could not enter via the main gate and had to walk around the property as the security guard wouldnt open the gate for us as guest. That was dangerous for us to walk around that time of the evening. Again through back doors and dodgy corridors. Eventually when we got to the room, the tv didnt work and the wifi was down. The hotel restaurant was closed. So we had no choice but to go to bed early. The only 2positive things we can say was at least the bed was comfy and we were happy to leave. Had such high expectations, but was not impressed at all.

  : The location is great, the staff super friendly and the look and feel of the place superb!! The room was clean, comfy and beautiful - with everything one could want and need. The hotel's restaurant had been lovely and the staff very friendly and professional. The breakfast that was included in my stay was absolutely mouth watering. I would definitely recommend visiting the restaurant and/or coffee shop when staying here.
  : The check-in process was a bit chaotic and took a lot longer than it should have - it seemed like the few staff members present struggled to communicate basic information in a clear and concise manner and there were many misunderstandings with other guests that I noted about things such as whether breakfast is included or not. My advice to the hotel would be to streamline their check-in process and train their staff to convey needed info about the hotel and it's amenities in a clearer way. Also very few of the staff had been wearing their masks inside, which to me is a bit of an issue since we are still in the middle of a pandemic.
