  : Quality of rooms and whole venue Rooms and layout was not up to standard.Bedbugs was found in the one room.Bedsheets was stained in the second room where they had to move to.Blankets was not clean and bad qualityOne blanket was totally torn...should be just thrown away I Think that we have been scammed.When I wanted to make payment and my banking app asked for email address and company registration number....no response was given when I requested that.I blame myself fir making the complete payment because I did not want to disappoint my colleagues and arrive in Cape Town all the way from East London with cancelled or unconfirmed booking.After I confirmed our expected time of arrival... a message was sent wit the address mentioned 50 Canterbury Street Sonstraal . I thought that maybe the company acquired a second property with the same standard as shown in the pictures on your site.I was given a name iofthe person for further communication who I then thought normally places have night manager so I saved the contact . I can gladly share it. Given a different venue to stay bad rooms bedding and everything.You should look into who handles your bookings.I willl never recommend this place to anyone. Someone in this company is scamming customers Address given to stay was 50 Canterbury Street in Sonstraal which definitely is NOT where we booked.I will check with others if they took pics of inside.Our kombi could not even get into that carport. We had to ask friends to park iit overnight elsewhere.You will see that we look in high spirits the morning...just because we had to tell ourselves to be positive .We had to attend a funeral of our colleagues mom that morning...but we were definitely NOT !I would recommend that we should get fully refunded for this traumatic experience.Secondly for yiur own sake as business owner, to get rid of this rotten element in your company.A written apology to me and my Colleaugues.
