: Close to Canal Walk and shops.
: Apartment in VERY bad condition Blinds were broken with no curtains. Had to hang blankets for some privacy. One small couch and one chair for apartment for 6 people. Carpet on floor absolutely filthy. I will NOT recommend this place. Horrible stay. With ad on booking a huge cleaning fee was added to the price in the booking process. This is also unacceptable. It was not worth the money. Terrible stay. Luxury apartments??? Not at ALL......

: The apartment was as per picture neat and very convenient aceess to canal walk
: The main bedroom blinds are broken and we had to put blanket to cover the window to avoid sun shining in your eyes.. No dstv or local Tv channels, only Netflix which needed wifii & We had no wifi for the last 2 days of our stay with false promise that it will be resolved soon but never got any back up assistance till we checked out which was not fair & very inconveniencing for the family

: The location was great, check in process was fairly quick and simple. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for families. The place has alot of potential but really needs maintenance.
: 1. Broken blinds in the main bedroom, highly inconvenient as the sunlight comes through very strongly in the morning. 2. Its a self catering apartment, we took breakfast items etc, and once we got there the stove was not working and they did nothing to assist.3. The apartment was not the cleanest, the fridge had a bad smell and bathrooms were not cleaned throughly. The couch and rugs were FILTHY & looked like it was never cleaned. 4. Additional cleaning was optional and exorbitantly priced. 5. The fridge alarm would constantly go off in the evening.
